I bought this bag way early for my daughter starting secondary school in September, because I was sent a discount code and this is the bag she wants. It is lovely quality, sturdy and I am sure it will hold everything she needs. It also has a lovely pattern without looking childish. Would definitely recommend, also shipping was really fast and I was sent tracking information and updates. Will definitely be ordering again for my younger daughter when she needs a new backpack

I don’t know how you have asked me to review the product and wonder if I love it, I never received the product. You guys did not even include a door number and shipped it out in time. I messaged again saying have you got the correct address and was assured you did but that it had already been sent. I feel like I’m owed a full refund because it’s obvious the product is not going to arrive

The big student bag is fabulous! Versatile, great quality, plenty of pockets and space. I originally bought one as a school bag for my teenager, then my other son wanted one and now I’ve bought one for myself as a weekend travel bag. You won’t be disappointed.

I bought it for sister for school and she definitely has a lot of stuff to take with her. This backpack is perfect, has so many pockets and it’s so lightweight as well. I what I love about it is that even if you stuff it with items it still doesn’t appear to be too big. It’s perfect.

Excellent great for college

I like the bag. Especially the zipped space at the very back of it. Flaps covering zips are a bit annoying, hopefully they have a purpose... maybe they protect from rain getting in. I have only used it for a couple of weeks, can't say how long wearing it is . So far I am happy. I can fit my lunchbag, 2 bottles, thermos, knitting stuff, copybooks and a quick grocery shopping.

Bought a big student at the end of August. Less then 3 months later one of the straps broke. With only a 30 day policy for replacement I now have to send it off to be repaired leaving me bagless and the need to purchase another bag whilst be repaired. Really dissappointed as I've had many jansport bags and they never broke. Definitely must have been a fault in this bag. I will choose another brand on my next purchase
