JanSport stands behind the quality of our products and we hope you’re happy with your gear. If you’re unsatisfied for any reason, simply return your merchandise within 30 days of purchase, provided it has not been damaged, altered or used.
How To Start A Return
1. Keep the order summary portion of your shipping form as well as your order number.
2. On the Return Form, note the reason for the return: e.g. wrong item shipped; wrong colour, etc. and include the form in the box.
3. Send back to us using the following address:

Final Clearance items are not eligible for returns.
Refunds will be returned to the original form of payment. JanSport does not offer store credit or gift cards for returned products. JanSport does not accept returns on items purchased outside of JanSport.eu.
At this time we are unable to process exchanges. If you would like to change the product you ordered, we would suggest processing a return and placing a new order.
For all returns, you will be responsible for return shipping costs. You may use a shipper of your choice to return your items. We recommend retaining the tracking number of your return for your records.
It may take up to 3 working days for your return to be processed once it has arrived at our warehouse.
All original and return shipping costs are non-refundable. Product is no longer eligible for a refund 30 days after the original purchase date.
Should I Process A Return, Or A Warranty Claim?
If you have purchased your JanSport within the last 30 days, please process your return using the process explained above.
If you have had your JanSport for more than 30 days and it needs repairing, you can raise a warranty claim using our 30 year warranty process. Please find all the details here.
