Never received my bag

I bought the Cortlandt Russet Red backpack on March 31st, and it NEVER arrived at my house. I'm trying to log in with my email and I'm not able to. I tried to file a complaint, but I can't continue because my password keeps giving me an error. When I ask for my password to be reset, I never receive the email to reset the password. The backpack has already been paid for, the delivery is 10 days late, DPD has never contacted me, nor has Jansport. I would really like to be helped and receive my backpack. I don't want my money back, I want the backpack.
