Love Jansport bags but not this one.

I do not recommend this bag. It's too small as mentioned before, and the zipper is difficult to open, as also mentioned.. the only thing I like about this bag is the material the strap is made put of. I think it should be incorporated in other designs. This bag will not fit a notebook. Maybe a small tablet. I'd upload a picture but it's already boxed up to ship back.

Top zipper is difficult to open

The top zipper is angled in such a way that it makes opening the bag difficult. Also the two from pockets both zip open and close in the same direction. I would to zip in to close and zip out to open.

measurements NOT accurate !

The stated measurements of 9.5x15.4 should've fit my sketchbook (9x12). Now I'm out time and return shipping.Irritating.

Very comfortable

I really liked this bag. Very comfortable to wear. Wish it had a back Zipper pocket for a cell phone but otherwise great

It is what I was looking for

I was looking for a crossbody bag. I need my hands free and just didn't want to carry my huge bookbag around. This bag is great. It's a bit smaller than what I really was wanting and I would love for it to have a back zipper pocket. But, I am happy with it and do not regret the purchase at all.

Bright white inside

Super small and a bright white liner in the bag. The photo show a gray liner. Really white??? A very poor choice in color. I definitely would have not ordered this bag had the photos and the description were better.

Best bag ever for daily use. Just please add a water bottle holder.

Not a fan and hurt my shoulder

It could hold a Chromebook but not protect it, but the company is very flexible and helpful. They really do guarantee their products and sent a gift card when we wore out a backpack.
