Not up to the hype

Bought this for 15 year old to use as laptop backpack after seeing reviews that this brand was the best. Unfortunately it fails to live up to the hype. Thin straps with little padding. Inadequate back padding. Inadequate laptop protective padding. Says 26L but more like 20L. Water bottle holder not elasticated nor deep enough to hold a bottle safely. And it doesn't come from a UK based company-but from Netherlands meaning that it costs a fortune to return if.
