Arrived faulty and no response from customer services

We received the bag for my daughter to use for school and discovered 2 cuts in the material, that looked like it has been cut with a knife. This has also gone through the thread as well. In addition there is a zip cord missing. I have emailed Jan Sport with photos and also phoned them twice, reaching the answer machine both times and am still awaiting a response. Please can you send me a new bag as soon as possible.

Excellent backpack but slow delivery to the UK; it took 15 days to arrive.

The product deserves 5 stars. Excellent build and design. No issues.

The delivery company you have used have a lot to be desired. Please change companies. They have tried to deliver it to 8 different properties. One of the houses was 4 miles away. It took 15 days from when the back pack reached the local depot.

Terrible quality and terrible customer services

I bought this for my daughter for school and the strap came unstitched within weeks. I've contacted Jansport about it and they haven't bothered to reply.

Amazing bag, it is useful for school and going places there’s 2 big compartments, a small compartment able to store small things a medium compartment with pen holders a pouch a key holder and you can store your phone and a power bank and whatever small things you need along with the laptop bag you can fit most laptops but I would check the dimensions it has worked for everything I’ve needed it for, take on walks, picnic, school, college anything there’s also a bottle holder, if you’re worried about it being too big, dont worry it will not look full unless you have it really full, it feels very nice and high quality it doesn’t have anything completely special but the little brown tab and the tags look really nice and simplistic, really great bag, highly recommend!
