Did not receive the product

I ordered this backup 18 days go and still not receive it. Customers service came back apologising that it was returned to the warehouse, when I reached out saying its ok please send it again, got an email from another customer rep that I should look around the house as its actually showing delivered, I ordered a second one for my son and it got delivered within a week, but the first order is still missing and my daughter has no back up for school, very disappointed.. waiting for feedback from the reps, lets see..

Disappointed by colour.

My 7year old seen a nice bright pink school bag was so excited when it arrived. Once opened seen the colour it arrived alot darker than the picture which led to a little disappointing. Always highly recommend Jan Sport due to the durability, quality and the layout of their school bags

Lovely bag

My child loves it, this is their second one of the same colour and it's easy to find as most people have the monotone colours. The previous one lasted 5 years hope this one get them through the rest of their school years
