The bag itself is quite good, its a but firm like there’s so much padding everywhere, so its hard to settle it down. Quality is pretty good, and it would be better if it had 2 water compartments on each side, and be plain like no net. The price is alright, bit expensive, there’s also delivery and returns costs too. Overall, the bag is good, and hope it settels down. 👍🏻

Excellent bag, brilliantly made, great for my daughter for school. Fantastic quality.

It took ages for them to send and once sent it was the wrong item. Utter disappointment!
I should have checked the return policy as they say customer is liable for all the charges for returning the orders back to Netherlands despite it's due their fault!

Bag was ordered and didnt turn up when it should have. After chasing o was told it was only just dispatched. Waited longer then chased again to say it was lost or misplaced and did I want a replacement or refund. Asked for a replacement but then told it was out of stock. Asked when it would be back in stock and no ETA given so needed to get a refund. Was supposed to be for hand luggage for a flight but not delivered in time
